Filcom Recognized for Supporting du Customer Operations

Filcom bagged a prestigious award from du- EITC for valuable contributions made to Customer Operations for the Year 2014. The award was given on January 2015. Organized and initiated by its Operations Manager, Ms. Editha V. Maderazo, outsourcing to du started in 2007 where Filcom initially fielded 44 teams consisting of Field Technicians, Transmission Engineers and Field Admin Staff. Filcom was one of the first companies to supply qualified resources to support du Customer Operations.

Today, Filcom currently has 70 full time resources in Consumer and Enterprise (Field and Remote) Service Assurance Fixed Operations making it one of the largest outsource teams in du-EITC.
