Revised Employee Handbook to be issued
Filcom's current Employee Handbook underwent major changes and a revised edition will be issued to all employees hopefully by July this year. The Revised Handbook is a substantial improvement of the existing one and details not just the existing company rules and regulations but the terms and conditions of employment.
The Revised Employee Handbook will be a useful guide in describing the several responsibilities of the employee to the company and to colleagues. Hence, once issued all employees are urged to read, understand and consequently comply with all the provisions of the handbook.
